Let My Claude Help Your Claude
What does "let my Claude help your Claude" mean?

It means I sit down with you, one on one, and help you set up your own AI assistant to work the way mine works in my businesses. Claude is the assistant I use. Yours might be Claude too, or it might be another one, and the approach carries over.
I run several businesses with AI doing much of the day-to-day work, and I stay in charge of the decisions. Getting there took a lot of trial and error. The sessions are a way to skip the part where you repeat my mistakes.
What I've learned running my own businesses this way
None of these needed a technical background, only a willingness to change how the work is shared.
- Decide who decides. I keep scope, money, names and anything customers see. The AI makes the technical calls and tells me why. I wrote about that in Which Decisions to Hand AI, and Which to Keep.
- Don't pay an AI for what a script does. The cheapest AI call is the one you never make, which is the point of My AI Knows When Not to Think.
- Start with one chore. Slowly is how it sticks, and How I Help Friends Ease Into Relying on AI has two real examples.
- Trust what you've seen fail. A check you've watched catch a problem is worth more than one that has only ever passed, as in Trust, but Break It on Purpose.
- Change what you log into. Some of my websites and systems I now update by conversation, which I described in Will We Even Need Admin Panels?
That is enough to recognize your own situation. The part that takes a conversation is working out what applies to your business.
What a session is like
We work on your business, with the tools and chores you actually have. Sessions are hands-on, and we usually start with one real problem: a pile of customer email, a website that needs planning, a task you do every week and dislike.
I help you work out what the AI should prepare, what stays your call, and how to check its work. You come away with something running, not a set of notes. If the AI builds anything for you, we review it as thoroughly as your goals and time allow.
Sessions happen in person locally or by video call. They are one-on-one, and I deliver them myself.
Who this is for
It suits owners of local and small businesses who have tried an AI tool, liked what it could do and aren't sure how to make it part of the daily work. You don't need to be technical. You do need to be willing to try it on a real chore.
It's probably not for you if you want a recorded course, or if you'd rather hand the whole job off to someone else. If you aren't sure, the first call is free, and you can find out what one-on-one AI coaching costs before you book.
