Who this is for
Owners of local and small businesses who want AI doing actual work, and would rather have someone alongside them than read another list of prompts. You do not need to be technical. You need a business, a problem that eats your week, and thirty minutes to tell me about it.

Hands on, in your own accounts and tools, so what we build belongs to you and keeps running after the session ends.
Checks, so it can be trusted
The part most people skip. I run my own business systems this way: the AI does the work, and automatic checks catch its mistakes before a customer does.

Some decisions should stay with you. Part of the job is saying plainly which ones.
What those checks look like
This is Site Ops, the dashboard that watches my own five sites. A change has to pass automated checks before it goes live, and these keep checking afterward. The same idea works in your business, whatever the AI is doing for you.
Rates and terms
- $100 per hour.
- $80 per hour for non-profits and veteran-owned businesses.
- Three hours minimum in total, split however suits you, with each session at least one hour. So an engagement starts at $300, or $240 at the reduced rate.
- In person locally, or by video call.
- The 30-minute initial consult is free. The engagement is agreed afterwards.
How it works

Pick a time on my calendar and tell me what the business does and where the week goes. Nothing to prepare.
2. Agree the plan
If sessions would help, we agree what to tackle first and schedule them to suit you.
3. Work on it together
In person or by video call, on your real business rather than an example one.
Questions owners ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. The sessions are about your business. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can do this, and I handle the technical side alongside you.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mostly Claude, which is where the name comes from, alongside GitHub Copilot and Antigravity. If your business already runs on something else, bring it up in the consult. My Claude is very keen to meet yours.
What happens in the free consult?
Thirty minutes to hear what your business does and where the time goes, and to work out whether sessions would help. The engagement, if there is one, is agreed afterwards.
Can the three hours be split up?
Yes. Three hours in total, split however suits you, as long as each session is at least one hour.
Is this the same as Brandager's consulting?
No. brandager.com handles growth strategy and the systems decisions underneath it. This is me, one-on-one, helping you use AI in your own business.
